Welcome to AuraPicx. By using our AI image and video generation platform, you agree to comply with these terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AuraPicx, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any terms, you may not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AuraPicx only for lawful purposes. You must not use our AI to generate:

• Illegal, harmful, or violently graphic content
• Non-consensual deepfakes or adult material
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

Violations will result in immediate account termination.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you retain the rights to the images and videos you generate using AuraPicx, allowing for commercial use as permitted by the subscription tier you hold. The underlying AI models, app interface, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of AuraPicx.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen tier. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

5. Limitation of Liability

AuraPicx is provided "as is". We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the generated content or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
